As office manager, Kathy keeps the office running smoothly. She enjoys designing forms, brochures and recordkeeping systems.

Paula has worked with Dr. Coffin for over ten years so she is
exceptionally knowledgeable about feet and is happy to help patients with
questions. As the medical assistant, Paula helps Dr. Coffin with patients and the medical records. |

Peter is an expert in postage and mailing and manages the books and the
flow of orthotics. He's also our resident "tech person."

Jeff is quickly becoming a master orthotics maker. He spends his time
pouring, mixing, grinding, pressing, gluing, and helping create great
orthotics.

|
Sheri is our accountant and billing specialist. Her business, Midwest
Medical Management has been a blessing to our practice.
|
|
Our friendly receptionist, Marsha greets and registers patients, answers phones and makes appointments. She also monitors accounts and keeps detailed records on orthotics. |
